What's it all about?

This facial combines a selection of different treatments to enhance the outcome. The treatments consists of cleansing and preparation, diamond dermabrasion, thermotherapy, no-needle mesotherapy and cryotherapy. Although the treatment is a facial, it can be used for the face, neck, décolletage and hand areas and is especially good for reducing cellulite. We provide a relaxing and comfortable experience and promotes the skins own healing and repair mechanisms. 

The Science Behind it

Thermotherapy

This is used to open up the skin pores to allow a larger surface area of skin to absorb appropriate chemicals and serums. The heat also stimulates increased blood flow around the skin which encourages healing.

Diamond Dermabrasion

This treatment is provides deep exfoliation to the skin, removing any dirt and debris. Please visit the diamond dermabrasion page for more information regarding this treatment

Ultrasound

This is a gentle and non-invasive treatment that's suitable for all skin types and is very beneficial for very sensitive skin. The ultrasound waves penetrate the skin to stimulate blood flow and hydration levels, this then promotes collagen production and increased oxygen around the skin. This treatment also kills unwanted bacteria within the skin which aids the immune system. The ultrasound is effective in reducing fine lines and wrinkles, sun damage and improving the appearance of mature skin.

No-needle Mesotherapy

This treatment revitalises the skin with all the necessary chemicals that are found naturally in the skin. When skin becomes damaged or begins to mature, due to the lack of blood flow, elements such as collagen and hyaluronic lack within the skin. Cryotherapy

This is the opposite to the thermal therapy; because mesotherapy has put good and important elements back into the skin, the cryotherapy is a way to ensure it stays within the skin. The treatment involves a wand running over the skin using cold therapy, this causes the pores to close up and keep all of the goodness within it.

Advice & Recommendations

  • Courses are always recommended, if the whole facial package does not suit you, the individual treatment of mesotherapy or no needle mesotherapy can also be part of a course. Please talk with us when booking.

  • Refrain from strenuous activities and direct sunlight for 48 hours after the facial
  • The ONLY make-up recommended to use is mineral make-up
  • A consistent skin care routine is always recommended, we can advice and point you in the right directions to ensure that you have chosen a skin-care routine appropriate for you skin type.
